These terms govern your access to and use of northshoretreecare.com.au (the "Service"), operated by North Shore Tree Care. By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The referral arrangement
This is a referral website. Enquiries submitted through the site or made by telephone are passed to independent tree contractors operating on Sydney's North Shore. The site owner does not perform tree work and does not verify contractors' licensing, insurance, qualifications or competence.
Any agreement for tree work is formed directly between you and the contractor who attends. Their terms, their quote and their insurance govern that work. The disclaimer sets this out in full and you should read it.
Quotes and information on this site
Information published on this site is general in nature and does not constitute professional arboricultural, legal or planning advice. Descriptions of council requirements, permits and protected vegetation are provided as general guidance only; requirements change and vary by council and by property, and you should confirm the position for your own address with the relevant council.
No price is quoted on this website. A quote is only binding when given in writing for a specific property, and it is subject to what is found on site.
Your obligations
When you make an enquiry you agree to provide accurate information, including about the property address, access, known buried services and any council correspondence relating to the trees. You agree not to use the site to transmit unlawful, misleading or harmful material, not to interfere with its operation, and not to copy its content for republication without permission.
Intellectual property
The content, layout and design of this site are owned by North Shore Tree Care or used under licence, and are protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for your own use in considering tree work. You may not reproduce the content commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability
